Ever since I was a child, September 09 is always a holiday for Cebu. It's Osmeña Day today so no classes for all schools in Cebu. However, I do have an exam this afternoon at 1pm as one of the department in Medicine requested for this day. There's no time for delays as they said and we only have one month left for the subject matter. The subject is a semestral subject so they need to cope with the number of days and number of exams to be given to the students before the semester ends.
Anyway, for those who have no classes or exams, enjoy your Friday and party party!
